Reads what arrives
Emails, forms, PDFs, messages. It understands what is being asked, who is asking, and what you already know about them.
AI agents · built & managed
I build agents that read your inbox, answer your customers and prepare your quotes — inside limits you set — then I run them for you. No setup fee. Live in two to three weeks.
Bring one job you want off your desk.No form. No obligation.

Can you quote 40 units, delivery to Rotterdam by Friday?
An agent that does everything is a liability. An agent that does one job well, inside limits you set, is staff.
What an agent actually does
That is the whole trick. Not a chatbot on your website — a worker inside your systems, with a manager: you.
Emails, forms, PDFs, messages. It understands what is being asked, who is asking, and what you already know about them.
Answers, quotes, files, updates the CRM, books the follow-up — using your prices, your documents and your past cases.
Above a limit, off-topic, a complaint, a customer you flagged: it drafts, stops, and waits for one click from you.
Bring one repeating task.I will tell you if an agent fits.
Agents I build
Each one is a job a person does today. Pick the one that costs you the most hours and we start there.
Reads every enquiry, answers the routine ones with your prices and availability, writes the rest into the CRM and drafts a reply for you to approve.
Turns a request into a priced quote from your price list and past jobs. Sends small ones itself; anything above your limit waits for one click from you.
Answers from your own documents and past tickets, says “I don’t know” when it doesn’t, and hands the customer to a person with the full history attached.
Pulls the facts out of forms, PDFs, invoices and photos, checks them against what you already have, and files them where they belong — flagging what looks wrong.
Looks up every new lead or supplier, fills in the company, size, role and signals you care about, and scores it so you call the right ones first.
Ask it in plain words: “what’s outstanding from last week?”, “draft the Friday update”, “book the follow-ups”. It reads your systems and does the admin.
Ten seconds of honesty
Most calls that go nowhere could have been avoided by this list. Read both columns before you book.
Not sure which column you are in?Send one line and I will tell you.
Why you can trust it with customers
Every agent ships with these. They are not options and they are not extra.
You set the limits: amounts, customers, topics. Below them the agent acts; above them it drafts and waits for one click from you.
The agent can only do what it was given: send from one mailbox, write to two CRM fields, read one folder. Nothing else exists to it.
What it read, what it decided, what it did, and why — in plain language, per case. You can audit any decision a year later.
One toggle pauses the agent and routes everything to you. You never have to ask me to stop it.
It runs on a server you can inspect, in the EU. Your documents are not used to train anyone’s model, and the provider is chosen with that in writing.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or a private model — chosen for the job and the data, and changed in a day if a better or cheaper one appears.
Simple from the start
A free 20-minute call. Describe the task in normal words and show me where it lives. I tell you honestly whether an agent is the right answer.
Within a week: what it reads, what it may do alone, where it must ask you, and what it costs to run. Nothing is built until you have agreed it.
It runs on your real past cases until the answers are right. Then it goes live in draft-only mode, and starts acting on its own as you gain confidence. I keep tuning it.
Straight from the inbox
Messages from real clients after automation, build and integration work went live — the same way of working these agents are built with. Copied out of the inbox as written, trimmed for length, never reworded. Surnames dropped on purpose.
That was very helpful. Thank you for the time you put into describing this to me. I just did the tag myself — super psyched I don't have to do this manually every time :D
You are the best!! Thanks for bringing my vision to life, you have a wonderful skill set!!
Hooray!!! Thanks so much Edgar. And all the sense checks and everything — so appreciated.
Done and done!! We are so grateful and excited!!
I did test purchase the funnel. Time to launch and get my ads out there.
Rockstar. Thank you Edgar.
Your numbers, not mine
Two sliders. Nothing is sent or stored — it is the arithmetic most people never actually do.
Clear starting point
No setup fee, no hourly billing, model usage included up to a cap you will rarely reach — and a fixed quote in writing before any work starts.
One agent, one job, done properly. The right start when you know exactly which task you want off your desk.
Up to three agents that pass work between them: one reads, one prepares, one follows up. Where the real time savings are.
Agents across the whole business, voice, or anything with a compliance requirement. Scoped and quoted in writing first.
Not sure which one? Book the call and I will tell you. For most businesses the right answer is Agent Team: the build is included, nothing is paid on day one, and the 6-month term is simply how a build worth around €4,900 gets paid for. It is not a hold on your agent — it is yours from day one and can be exported at any point, including mid-term. Prefer to pay once and own it outright? One-off builds start at €4,900. The decision you are actually making
Typical market shapes, not named firms. The honest version of the comparison, including where the others win.
| A SaaS agent tool | An AI agency | Opsionic | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you pay | €50–500 a month, per seat or per conversation | €10,000–50,000 build, then a retainer from about €2,500 a month | From €990 a month, no setup fee, usage included to a cap |
| Who builds it | You do, from templates, evenings and weekends | A team you meet once; a junior you never meet | The person on the call builds it and runs it |
| Fit to your business | Generic: it knows the template, not your prices or your customers | Custom, if the budget is there | Custom to one job, on your documents and past cases |
| Where your data lives | Their servers, their terms, often outside the EU | Depends on the contract | A server you can inspect, in the EU; models that do not train on your data |
| When it goes wrong | A support ticket and a help article | A change request and an invoice | Fixed as part of the month, cause included |
| If you leave | Export what the tool allows; the logic stays with them | You own the deliverable; nobody is left to run it | Everything exported, documented, no handover fee |
| Where they win | Cheapest if the job is generic and you enjoy building | Right for a multi-department programme with a budget to match | One accountable person, so not a 24/7 desk — say so on the call if you need one |
Market ranges are typical published figures for 2026 and vary widely; they are here so you can place this offer, not as a claim about any specific company.
No sales team. No hand-off.
I’m Edgar. I design, build and run your agent, and we work entirely in English. Agents are built on n8n and the major model providers, so nothing is locked to me. If an agent is the wrong answer for your job, I will tell you on the call and suggest what is.
Good questions
The questions people ask before they trust software with their customers — answered without the sales voice.
Will it work, and is it safe
Left alone, language models do. So the agent is not left alone. It answers only from your documents, prices and past cases, it is told to say “I don’t know” rather than guess, and anything it is unsure about goes to you instead of to the customer. Before launch we test it on your real historical cases until you are satisfied with the answers, and I keep checking a sample of live cases every week in the first month.
Two things. First, the damage is bounded by design: it cannot send above your limits, cannot touch systems it was not given, and every action is logged, so a mistake is visible and reversible rather than silent. Second, I fix the cause, not just the case — the agent gets a new rule or example so the same mistake does not come back. Fixes are included on every plan.
Only where you have said it may. A typical setup lets it answer routine questions and log to the CRM on its own, and requires your approval for quotes above an amount, anything involving a complaint, or any customer you have flagged. You can tighten or loosen that at any time, and you can set it to “draft everything, send nothing” for as long as you like.
Whichever suits the job and the data — usually OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral through their business APIs, which contractually do not train on your data. The agent itself runs on a server in the EU that you have access to. If your data cannot leave the EU at all, or cannot go to a US provider, we use an EU or private model instead; that is normally a Custom plan. The DPA and subprocessor list are published and apply from day one.
It should not make judgement calls with money or reputation attached, and it should not be the only thing between a customer and a person. It is good at reading, sorting, drafting, looking things up and doing the same routine well a thousand times. It is not a replacement for the person who knows your business, and I will say so on the call if what you describe needs one.
Yes. The models read and write Dutch, German, French, the Nordic languages and most others well, and the agent answers in whichever language the customer wrote in. Your documents can stay in your language. We work together in English; your customers never need to.
Almost certainly. Gmail and Outlook, HubSpot, Pipedrive and most CRMs, WhatsApp Business, Slack and Teams, Google Drive and SharePoint, accounting tools such as Exact and Moneybird, and anything with an API. If a tool has no API at all, I will say so on the call and suggest the nearest workable route rather than promise a miracle.
No. You approve things in your own inbox or in Slack, you pause it with a toggle, and you read its log in plain language. The people who use it day to day never see a prompt or a line of code. I handle the technical side; that is what the monthly fee is for.
Two to three weeks for a single agent, once we have agreed the job and I have access to the systems and a set of real past cases to test on. The first week is design and a written spec you sign off; the second is build and testing on your history; then it goes live in draft-only mode and moves to acting on its own as you gain confidence. Teams of agents take a little longer, with a timeline agreed before anything starts.
Money, ownership and term
The monthly price includes hosting and model usage up to €50 a month per agent, which covers most small-business volumes comfortably. Above that, usage is passed through at cost with no markup, and you see it on the invoice. I tell you before launch what your expected volume will cost, and I set a hard cap so a runaway loop cannot surprise you.
Yes. A one-off agent build starts at €4,900; it is yours at handover, you host and run it, and there is no ongoing commitment. Most people still choose the monthly plan, because an agent needs tuning as real cases arrive and models change, and the monthly plan includes that same build with nothing to pay upfront. I will tell you on the call which one genuinely suits you.
You own it, on every plan: the workflows, the prompts, the knowledge base and the logs. Ask at any point — including mid-term — and I will export the whole thing with documentation. Nothing is held back and nothing is encrypted against you. An agent you cannot take with you is a liability, not an asset.
Six months on One Agent and Agent Team, then cancel any time. Custom is agreed in your written quote. The reason is simple: a build like this costs around €4,900 on its own and you pay nothing for it upfront, so it is paid off gradually across your term. Leave during the initial term and what falls due is the part of the build not yet covered — never more than the months left. Complete the term and nothing at all is payable on cancellation. The agent itself is yours from day one either way.
One job, end to end: for example “every enquiry gets read, answered or routed, and logged”. In practice that is one main mailbox or channel, up to four connected systems, and a knowledge base of your own documents. If the job needs a second agent that hands work to the first, that is Agent Team. Once live, fixes are unlimited, and each plan includes a monthly review with refinement hours (one on One Agent, two on Agent Team, four on Custom); unused hours roll over up to double.
A fair question to ask a one-person business, so here is a structural answer. The agent is documented well enough for another developer to pick up, you hold the admin credentials and the kill switch, and you can export everything without asking me. Nothing about running it depends on me being reachable. I tell clients before I am away, monitoring continues while I am, and if I stopped altogether you would keep everything with no handover fee.
The least that will work: an API key or service account scoped to the specific app and action, created by you and revocable by you at any moment. I do not need your passwords. My security policy sets out exactly how access is handled.
Both, gladly. The Data Processing Agreement is already published and applies from the day you start. Send your own NDA and I will sign it, or I will send you mine.
No, and thank you for reading this far. This page is for businesses that want an agent built and run. Please do not book a call slot for a job or partnership enquiry.
