A dental clinic
Someone asks at 9pm: “Do you take new patients, and what does a check-up cost?” They get the answer and a link to book. The receptionist sees it in the morning as a booked appointment, not as a missed message.

Do you have a slot next week? And what does it cost for a family of four?
The customer you answer first is usually the customer you get.
What happens, step by step
This is the whole service. No hidden parts.
Or sends you an email. Or writes on WhatsApp. Or calls and nobody picks up. All of it counts as an enquiry, and all of it goes through the same door.
A friendly message that sounds like you, uses their name, answers the usual question (price, opening hours, “do you do X?”) and gives them a link to book or the time you will call. Day or night. In their language.
Hi Anna, thanks for asking. Yes, next week works — for a family of four it is €120.
Pick a time that suits you here: book a slot. Or reply to this message and I will call you.
— Sent straight away so you get an answer tonight. Edgar replies personally by 9am.
Name, what they asked, where they came from, and when. In your CRM if you have one. In a simple Google Sheet if you don’t. Nothing typed twice, nothing lost in an inbox.

“New enquiry: Anna, family of four, next week.” One message with what matters — not ten emails to read through.
Family of four · next week · from Google · replied automatically · booking link sent
A short, polite one after two days. One more after a week. The moment they answer, the reminders stop. Nobody gets nagged.
How many enquiries came in, how fast they were answered, who booked, and who still hasn’t replied — on one page.

What you have to do
Then nothing. That is the point.
That is all I need to start. I look at your form and your email, and tell you what I would set up.
The five or six questions you answer every week — price, hours, “do you do X”. A phone call or a voice note is fine.
You read every reply and reminder before it goes live, and change any word you like. Nothing is sent that you have not seen.
Or book the call.Either way, I look first and you decide after.
Works with what you already have
Your form stays your form. Your email stays your email. If your tool is not on this list, it almost certainly still works — ask.
Three businesses, same setup
If people ask you things through a form, an email or a phone, this is for you.
Someone asks at 9pm: “Do you take new patients, and what does a check-up cost?” They get the answer and a link to book. The receptionist sees it in the morning as a booked appointment, not as a missed message.
A customer calls while he is under a sink. Nobody answers. Thirty seconds later the customer gets a text: “Sorry I missed you — reply here with what’s wrong and I’ll call back within the hour.” That customer does not call the next plumber.
A lead fills in the quote form on Friday afternoon. They get a reply in two minutes with the price range and a calendar link, the sales person gets a WhatsApp, and on Tuesday the lead gets a gentle nudge. The quote goes out before the competitor has read the email.
Your numbers, not mine
Three sliders. Nothing is sent or stored. Move them to match your business.
Based on speed-to-lead research: replying within five minutes rather than thirty makes you around 21× more likely to qualify a lead, and the average business first-response time is about 42 hours (Harvard Business Review, “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads”).
What else would cover this?
An auto-reply plugin sends the same message to everyone and then forgets them. It does not save them in a list, does not tell your phone, does not remind them, does not stop when they answer, and does not catch WhatsApp or missed calls. The other option is a person — an answering service or a part-time receptionist. They cost more, they work office hours, and they only pick up the phone. This does all six jobs, on every channel, at 3am, for less than either.
| An auto-reply plugin | An answering service | A part-time receptionist | This | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | €0–100 / year | €250–700 / month | €1,500+ / month | €699 / month |
| Hours covered | 24/7 | Office hours | Office hours | 24/7 |
| Channels | Your form only | Phone only | Phone + email | Form, email, WhatsApp, lead ads, missed calls |
| Saves to your list / CRM | No | Sometimes | If they remember | Always |
| Follows up if they go quiet | No | No | If they remember | Always, then stops |
| Someone keeps it working | No | n/a | n/a | Me, daily |
Answering-service and receptionist figures are typical market rates: live answering services commonly run €200–700 a month for limited minutes, and a part-time receptionist costs €1,500+ a month once employer costs are included.
Straight from the inbox
Messages from real clients after automation, build and integration work went live. Copied out of the inbox as written, trimmed for length, never reworded. Surnames dropped on purpose.
That was very helpful. Thank you for the time you put into describing this to me. I just did the tag myself — super psyched I don't have to do this manually every time :D
I did test purchase the funnel. Time to launch and get my ads out there.
You are the best!! Thanks for bringing my vision to life, you have a wonderful skill set!!
Hooray!!! Thanks so much Edgar. And all the sense checks and everything — so appreciated.
Done and done!! We are so grateful and excited!!
Rockstar. Thank you Edgar.
Three ways to have it
Most businesses want it looked after: nothing to pay today, and it never becomes your problem. Setting it up once is there if you would rather look after it yourself.
I build these myself, one at a time. I take 4 new setups a month — if this month is full, I will tell you on the call and give you the next date.
It runs on my servers. I watch it every day, fix it when anything changes, and keep improving it. It never becomes your problem.
Month one is free if your median reply time isn’t under 5 minutes
Or pay for the year upfront — €6,990 (two months free), no initial term
I set it up inside your own accounts and hand it over. From then on it is yours to look after.
For businesses where every enquiry is a different question. If you are answering more than ten unique questions a week by hand, this is the one.
AI answering tools start around €25 a month, but they answer from nothing. This one answers from your price list, your opening hours and your documents — and asks you first when it isn’t sure.
Month one is free if your median reply time isn’t under 5 minutes

Why is there a 6-month term on the monthly plan? Because the first month is the expensive one and you don’t pay for it. I build the whole thing, then check every single reply by hand for the first week before it goes out. After that, the system needs a few months of real enquiries before it is tuned properly — which questions keep coming up, which reminder timing works for your customers, which wording books more. Six months is how long that takes. The work is yours from day one either way, and after the term you can stop any month.
Available on the monthly plans. Each one is a line on the invoice, never bundled in.
After a job is marked done, the customer gets a short message asking for a Google review, with the direct link. One reminder, then it stops.
A reminder the day before and two hours before. Cuts no-shows.
A full second set of replies and reminders, written and approved in another language.
A second site, branch or phone number on the same system, reported separately.
I bring in the last 12 months of unanswered enquiries and send one honest, personal catch-up message to each. Often pays for the whole first year.
Beyond the two hours a month included.
Jumps the queue. The normal build is 5 working days.
One person. No hand-off.
I’m Edgar. I connect forms, email, WhatsApp and CRMs for small businesses across Europe so that enquiries get answered while the owner is doing the actual work. We talk in English; your customers can write in any language. If your business does not need this, I will say so on the call.
Good questions
The things people ask before they let someone touch their website form.
How it works
No. We write the first message together, in your words, and it uses the person’s name and what they asked. Most people who receive it think you typed it. If you want it to feel even more personal, the AI helper plan answers the specific question they asked.
The reminders stop straight away, and you get their answer on your phone like any other message. From that point it is a normal conversation between you and them. Nobody is ever nagged after replying.
Not at all. Most small businesses don’t. Your enquiries go into a simple Google Sheet: one row per person, with name, question, source and date. If you get a CRM later, I move it across — that is a small job.
Yes, on the Looked-after plan and above, through WhatsApp Business. Someone writes to your business number, gets a reply, and lands in the same list as your website form. It needs a WhatsApp Business account, which I help you set up if you don’t have one.
On the Looked-after plan, a missed call triggers a text message within about 30 seconds: “Sorry we missed you — reply here or book a time.” For a plumber, a clinic or a salon this alone often pays for the whole thing, because the person does not call the next number on the list.
Yes. The instant reply is written in whichever language you want, and on the AI helper plan it answers in the language the person wrote in. Your customers never need to write in English; only you and I do.
Yes. Every common website builder can pass a form submission on — WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Typeform, Jotform and Google Forms all work. If yours is unusual, send me the link and I will tell you within a day.
Only if you want them to. Many clients prefer a small honest line at the end — “sent automatically so you get an answer straight away; Edgar will reply personally by 9am” — and it is often trusted more, not less, because the person knows a human is coming. Or leave it out. Your choice, your wording.
No. One reply, then at most two short reminders, spaced days apart, and they stop the moment the person answers. Anyone can reply “no thanks” and never hear from it again. It is less email than most people send by hand when they are chasing a quote.
The reply says you will answer that part personally, and you get their question on your phone. On the AI helper plan it reads the message and answers the specific question from your prices and documents — and asks you when it is not sure.
Complaints and anything angry go straight to you with no automatic reply beyond a short “received, a person will be in touch” — nobody wants a cheerful sales message after a complaint. Spam submissions are filtered out and get no reply at all.
Yes and yes. You approve every reply and reminder before anything is switched on, and in the first week I check every reply before it goes out. Later, changing a sentence, adding a new question or pausing it for a holiday is one message to me — and on the monthly plans it is included.
No. Your form stays exactly as it is; I connect to it from the outside. Your customers see nothing different, except that they get an answer.
That is the “Inbox reactivation” add-on: I bring the last 12 months of unanswered enquiries into the list and send each one an honest, personal catch-up message. It is a one-off €390, and it often pays for the whole first year — people who never got a reply are surprisingly glad to hear from you.
Within 5 working days of getting access to your form and email — most are done in two. You will need about 30 minutes: to tell me what people usually ask, and to approve the reply text.
Money, privacy and trust
Yes, when done properly, and it is done properly. Someone who fills in your form and asks a question expects a reply — replying to them, and following up about that same question, is the normal handling of their request. What is not allowed is adding them to a newsletter without asking, and this does not do that. Their details stay in your own systems; the Data Processing Agreement is published and covers my part.
On the monthly plans, if the median reply time in your first month isn’t under five minutes, that month is free — you see the number in your Monday report, so neither of us has to argue about it. After that, if your form, email or CRM changes and it stops, I fix it; that is what the plan is.
You pay the €890 upfront. I check your form and email first. If they cannot be connected — it happens with a few very old or locked-down systems — you get the full amount back before any work starts, and I tell you what would fix it. Once I start, the price is fixed however long it takes me.
By card or bank transfer, against a proper invoice with VAT shown, every time. The monthly plans are invoiced monthly in advance; the one-off setup is a single invoice, paid before I start. No card details are stored unless you choose to pay by card.
During the initial six months the plan runs to the end of the term. After that you can stop any month, with no notice period and no fee. Either way everything is exported to you on request, including mid-term — see the cancellation policy.
Access to your website form (or an invite to the form tool), your email or CRM, and half an hour of your time to tell me what people usually ask and what you want to say back. I do not need your passwords; access is created by you and can be removed by you at any time.
Forms, email providers and CRMs change from time to time. On the one-off setup you have 30 days of fixes if the same thing breaks again. On the monthly plans it is watched, and I fix it when something changes — usually before you notice.
You do. The setup runs in your accounts and the list is yours. On the monthly plans everything can be exported on request, including mid-term. Nothing is held back.
Both, gladly. The Data Processing Agreement is already published and applies from the day you start. Send your own NDA and I will sign it, or I will send you mine.
