01. Purpose
This page identifies third-party subprocessors authorized to process personal data on behalf of Opsionic in connection with automation, integration, hosting, analytics, and communication services.
This list forms part of the Data Processing Agreement.
02. Infrastructure & Hosting
- Private Dedicated Server (Finland) – Primary infrastructure hosting.
- Data center located within the European Union.
- Encrypted server environment with restricted administrative access.
03. Analytics & Monitoring
- Microsoft Clarity – Website analytics, session behavior insights.
- Data processed under Microsoft privacy framework.
- Used solely for performance and usability optimization.
04. Communication & Email Delivery
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) – Transactional and marketing email delivery.
- Processes contact details (name, email, metadata).
- Operates under GDPR-compliant data protection framework.
05. Automation & AI Services (If Applicable)
- Third-party APIs integrated per client request.
- AI or automation providers used strictly under client instruction.
- No persistent storage beyond execution context unless contractually required.
06. Data Transfer Safeguards
Where subprocessors operate outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms are implemented.
07. Updates & Objection Rights
Opsionic reserves the right to update this list as infrastructure evolves. Material changes may be published on this page.
Clients may object to a newly added subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within 15 days of publication.
