Our commitment
Opsionic wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion. We are a small team and we treat accessibility as part of building the site properly rather than as a separate project.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We are not claiming full conformance: parts of this site have not been formally audited, and we would rather say so than overstate it.
What is already in place
- Every page works at 390 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- Body text on articles is set at 19 pixels with a reading-size control that steps it larger, and the choice is remembered.
- Controls are real buttons and links, reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Tap targets on the free plan tool and the mobile menu are at least 44 pixels.
- Animation is reduced or removed when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are marked so assistive technology skips them.
- The menu can be closed with the Escape key and reports its state to assistive technology.
Known limitations
- The embedded booking calendar is supplied by Google and we do not control its markup or its keyboard behaviour. If it gets in your way, email us and we will arrange a time by email instead.
- The cookie banner is supplied by a third-party plugin and renders in a closed component we cannot restyle.
- Decorative background effects on some pages are visual only and carry no information.
If something does not work for you
Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the information another way. Email support@opsionic.com and describe the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may raise the matter with the supervisory authority in your country.
